Refund policy
Thanks for shopping with Ski Utah! We’re a small but mighty ski community boutique, and every order helps us share the stoke of Utah's mountains. Sometimes your gear doesn’t quite fit right, or a product just isn’t what you expected, and we get it. Here's how we handle returns:
Return Guidelines

Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We can’t accept returns beyond that window.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all orders, including size issues, customer error, or a change of heart. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted on unworn, unwashed, and unused apparel with original tags still attached.
No Exchanges or In-Person Returns
We don’t offer in-person returns or exchanges—our merch lives online. If you'd like a different item or size, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original using the steps above.
Returns for Purchases made outside of skiutah.com
Any items purchased through an outside retailer (ski shop, airport shop, gift shop, etc) must be returned/exchanged through the original seller.
Fit + Sizing
We include detailed size guides on each product page to help you make the right choice. Please review carefully before ordering—and if you’re unsure, feel free to contact us at store@skiutah.com before hitting the slopes (or the checkout button).

Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your item. We’ll shoot you an email once your refund is on its way.
